Role Overview

This is an opportunity to join Resolute Asset Management - a dynamic real estate advisory and asset management company - at an entry level in the Milan office joining the team at an exciting stage of their project and joining the graduate intake in their structured training year in September 2020 - September 2021. 

Key Responsibilities:

This role is to join Resolute Asset Management’s (“Resolute”) Italian Team which covers deal origination, business development and execution of real estate asset management and strategic advisory mandates on behalf of banks, financial institutions and Institutional Investors on frameworks to manage complex and/or distressed real estate and real estate secured loans. The role interacts closely with Resolute asset managers and product specialists, legal and business intelligence  functions.  The position is ideal for candidates looking to work on a fast growing and dynamic real estate advisory and asset management company with a focus on real estate distressed investments and portfolio across Europe. 

In particular, the sucessful candidate will focus on the following key areas:

  • Preparing presentation for senior level team, product specialists and partners
  • Assisting project’s team in deal structuring and closing
  • Work on range of strategic financial models for asset management/monetization of single asset and/or portfolios
  • Work on the execution of mandates
  • Report preparation for senior management and clients
  • Assisting senior management in business and product development projects

Professional Experience and Qualifications:

  • BA/BSc degree finance, accounting or engineering discipline with real estate specialisation (preferred) and  strong record of academic achievement
  • Up to a year's experience in real estate advisory, asset management  and/or consulting in the investment banking, real estate finance, Big 4 accountancy, private equity and/or management consulting industries
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong team working skills and ability to work and adapt to different European regions and culture
  • Proven ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; additional one or two European languages is preferred
  • Availability to travel in Europe
